FestiFools 2017

96 Days // A FestiFools Film dives into the creative processes of Mitchel and four of his classmates in the 96 days leading up to the FestiFools celebration. The video was produced and directed by Ryan Bennett and Cydney Gardner-Brown.

MERE MAYA // NO ONE KNOWS

Production Design

Mitchel assisted in the design, development and production of the set and scenery of Mere Maya // No One Knows by Maryl Waldo and Adriana Zardus.

POETRY PERFORMANCES

Mitchel worked with community partners to produce, facilitate and emcee poetry performances in Alpena, Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan. These performances ranged from the theatrical and experimental to community-based open mic nights. No matter the style, all of his performances were centered on the idea of giving space and a platform to every poet who wants their voice heard.
